We are specialists in environmentally aware projects and have delivered around 100 industry recognised 'eco-excellent' residences in north London over the past few years. More recently, we have undertaken a new build development in Ladbroke Grove, in west London. Our most recent project is a unique house in Highgate and we are about to commence work on an exciting new penthouse apartment in Chelsea.

This has led to us pursuing similar projects within the niche market of rooftop developments. We are actively seeking new projects, particularly the roof space of existing buildings, whether they already have planning permission or are in need of initial consultation and the complete planning procedure.
